Fusion Workout's Transformation Contest kicked off this morning and so far so good.
I woke up early and had my fiber drink with my vitamins and my multi and omega vitamins.
I also prepared my snacks for the morning and brought my protein drink with me, knowing I would be at the studio all morning.
Tip #1 with this cleanse and contest...
Prepare... plan you meals and snacks out the night before or a couple of days in advance. Tomorrow (Tuesday), I will leave my house at 5am and most likely will not get back into 2pm, so I needed to plan my eating plan tomorrow.
Tip #2....
Eat Protein at every meal.....
I will check back in, in a few days... but so far so good but then again it is only day 1.
I am sure by Day 3 or 4, I will be missing my non-fat latte : )
